With over 35 years of private practice as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Dr. Freedman brings extensive experience and leadership to each med spa that he oversees. His passion for aesthetics led him to found and manage a group of medspas, demonstrating his commitment to delivering exceptional care.
As a trainer for a prominent Botox company, Dr. Freedman possesses comprehensive expertise in cosmetic fillers and laser resurfacing. He has served as a medical director in diverse settings, including Obstetrics, multi-specialty groups, hospitals, and clinics, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Welcome to Atlantis Aesthetics, where beauty meets healthcare. I am Alyssa Atlani, a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for both clinical care and aesthetic enhancements. With over 9 years of nursing expertise, I have cultivated a unique skill set that blends my background in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nursing with specialized training in aesthetic procedures.
My journey in healthcare began in the fast-paced environment of the ICU, where I honed my critical thinking skills and developed a keen attention to detail. This foundation has been invaluable in my work as an aesthetic specialist, allowing me to provide my clients with the meticulous care they deserve throughout their treatments.
During my time in the ICU, I also embarked on a parallel path in aesthetic nursing, working part-time at a renowned Plastic Surgery Office. This experience not only expanded my clinical knowledge but also ignited my passion for helping clients look and feel their best. I understand that each individual has unique goals and concerns, and I am dedicated to tailoring treatments to address those specific needs.
I am proud to be trained and certified in a wide range of procedures, including Botox, fillers, body contouring techniques, lasers, and an array of cutting-edge skincare treatments.
